Landside arrivals, with a printed name board using the name you entered at checkout. They cannot meet you airside. If your terminal has a designated meet point, we use that.

How long will the chauffeur wait if the flight is late?

Complimentary wait is 45 minutes after landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international. The desk tracks the flight, so a delay does not start the clock at the original STA. Extra wait is billed at the extra-hour rate.

Do I need a driving licence for an airport transfer?

No. Every booking is chauffeur-driven. A government ID (or passport for international guests) is enough.

Are GST, tolls, and parking included in the airport price?

No. Package prices include chauffeur and in-limit fuel. GST, tolls, parking, and airport entry are extra and shown as such at booking and in the terms.

Can I use a city-ride package instead of airport transfer at Chennai International Airport?

No. Airport pickup and drop are a separate package, timed to the flight. A city package is not a substitute.

Does Chauffeur offer self-drive at the airport?

No. We do not offer self-drive in any city, including airport collections.

How airport pickup works at Chennai International Airport

Flight watch

The desk tracks the flight. If the aircraft is late, the chauffeur holds to the actual landing, not the original slot, within the complimentary wait.

Name board at arrivals

The chauffeur waits landside with a printed name board (the name you gave at checkout). They do not enter the sterile area. Meet at the arrivals kerb or the hall your terminal allows.

Luggage, then the car

Bags are handled to the car. The journey is garage-to-garage from that point. You do not collect a vehicle from a rental counter.

Wait time

DOMESTIC ARRIVALS

45 minutes complimentary wait after the flight is recorded as landed. After that, extra wait is billed at the extra-hour rate on the package, in 15-minute blocks.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS

60 minutes complimentary wait after landing, to allow immigration and baggage. Extra wait is billed the same way.

HOTEL OR RESIDENCE PICKUP FOR A DEPARTURE

15 minutes complimentary at the pickup address. The chauffeur will not leave without a call to the desk if you are delayed.
